Local tax: From 01.01.2014 the local taxes will be added to the indicated prices. This is 2,50€ per day and person (from 14 years). The tax is collected on arrival.
Children's equipment: 6,00 € per day
Arrival and departure: Your apartment is available for you from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Final cleaning: The flat must be left clean and tidy. Otherwise, the costs for the final cleaning will be added to the total cost of the rent.
We love animals, but we cannot allow pets due to our own animals on the farm. We ask for your understanding.
Confirmation of reservation: For your definite booking we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit to our account within 3 days. We will send you the exact details by e-mail.
Cancellation conditions: You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 40% of the booking value. 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price. In the last week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90%: As a special service and to save costs, we offer you the Red Rooster Cancellation Protection. Payment: You can pay your bill the evening before from 18.00 to 20.00
or on the morning of your departure until 10.00 am. We kindly ask you to
bill in cash or by card.
