- Waste separation: glass bottles, jars, paper, cardboard, residual waste, organic waste (which after a few years at Niedermairhof serves as a valuable dung).
- We have decided to use alternative energy sources (solar, wood chips from our sustainably cultivated forest).
- Energy-saving lamps are used throughout the house.
- Do we pay attention to the environmental compatibility of cleaning agents or even produce them ourselves.
- Do we have non-iron bed linen to reduce energy consumption.

At the Niedermairhof we are happy to provide you with a fresh breakfast box containing deliciously fragrant bread every day. If you order the evening before, we will place fresh bread, butter, eggs, milk, yogurt and jam in front of your holiday apartment in the morning - so you can start your holiday day in a private atmosphere with a regional breakfast.
